All of our instructors have worked closely with the creator of Primathletics, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, functional movements, and joint mobility. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Mike’s 1st exposure to the fitness world was bodybuilding. He grew up watching his Father and Uncle lifting weights and paying attention to what they were eating, and how it affected their bodies. Mike started wrestling at the age of 8, and has never actually stopped. He has trained with many high-level athletes throughout his time on the mats. He was a 3-sport athlete in high school, where he studied weightlifting and nutrition. In 2015 Mike started training Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, at MKG. Shortly after that, Mike met Mike Pastor and fell in love with the Primathletics program. Mike took to it like a fish to water and is now an amazing instructor! Join mike at 6:30am to 7:30am (registration req.) and 8:30am to 9:30am M/W/F.
